• Station Setup (Mise en Place): Prepare and stock the station with all necessary ingredients and equipment before service begins.
• Food Preparation: Wash, chop, and portion ingredients; prepare sauces and other base components for the menu.
• Cooking and Execution: Cook menu items using various methods (grilling, frying, sautéing, roasting) according to established recipes and standards.
• Plating and Presentation: Ensure all dishes are garnished and presented following the restaurant’s specifications before being sent to customers.
• Cleanliness and Sanitation: Clean and sanitize the workstation, equipment, and utensils; comply with all food safety and health regulations (e.g., ServSafe).
