Location: Greenville, NC
Pay: $23–$25/hr
Schedule: Monday–Friday \u007C 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
We are seeking an Industrial Engineer to support and optimize manufacturing operations by managing production systems, labor standards, and manufacturing data. This role focuses on improving efficiency, maintaining shop floor software, and driving continuous process improvements across production.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain manufacturing software, production data, and labor routings.
- Develop and update job travelers and production standards.
- Analyze workflows and recommend process improvements.
- Conduct time studies and monitor production metrics.
- Manage production incentive programs and labor data.
- Generate reports on productivity, efficiency, and manufacturing performance.
- Train production staff on manufacturing software and system processes.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of industrial engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience with MES, ERP, or manufacturing software systems.
- Strong knowledge of labor routings, production standards, and process improvement.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Preferred
- Lean Manufacturing experience or certification.
- Experience with incentive pay systems.
- Background in furniture, upholstery, textile, or wood products manufacturing.

Education & Experience
High School Diploma or GED
Must be able to obtain Forklift Operator’s certification.
6 mths – 1 year experience in mechanical assembly preferred.
Farming Background preferred.
Required Qualifications
Ability to listen, understand and follow verbal instructions.
Ability to use all air and power tools (ex: drills, air ratchet, etc.)
Good Interpersonal and Communication skills are required in working with personnel at all levels
within the organization.
Must follow, practice, and adhere to all company procedures, polices, and safety measures.
