Customer Service Representative

Express Employment Professionals – Broward County South, FL is seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join a prestigious and growing wholesale furniture company. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, organized, professional, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

The Customer Service Representative will serve as a key point of contact for customers, assisting with product inquiries, orders, concerns, and service-related issues while providing an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and complaints by phone, email, and other communication channels.
• Provide accurate information regarding furniture products, availability, pricing, orders, and services.
• Assist customers with product questions, order status, delivery information, and general concerns.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Process and follow up on customer orders, requests, and service issues.
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate customer records.
• Communicate with internal departments, including sales, warehouse, and operations, to resolve customer concerns.
• Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved and expectations are met.
• Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of the company's evolving products, services, policies, and procedures.
• Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and provide feedback to management.
• Maintain a professional, positive, and customer-focused attitude at all times.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, order processing, or a related field.
• Experience in the furniture, wholesale, retail, distribution, or home furnishings industry is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with customers.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and effectively manage multiple responsibilities.
• Professional, positive, and solution-oriented demeanor.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer systems.
• Ability to learn product lines, company procedures, and customer service systems quickly.
