Production Associate

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM
Pay Rate: $17/hr

Staff Force is now hiring Production Associates for a growing manufacturing company. We’re looking for reliable, hardworking individuals ready to join a fast-paced production environment.

Job Duties:

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Assemble and prepare products for shipment according to work orders
• Operate basic woodworking machinery and hand tools
• Monitor the production line to ensure quality and efficiency
• Maintain proper storage of materials
• Move materials and completed projects to designated locations
• Keep production area clean and organized
• Maintain a safe and orderly work environment

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to read and write in English
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Physically fit; must be able to stand for long periods
• Works well with others
• Ability to read a tape measure (preferred)
• Previous woodworking experience (preferred)
