Technology Requirements
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with ticket and case management systems
- Basic data analysis and reporting skills
- Conduct investigations involving policy violations, compliance matters, and customer privacy concerns under established procedures and guidance from senior investigators.
- Gather, review, and analyze information from internal systems, records, and business partners to support investigative findings.
- Document investigative activities, findings, and recommendations in case management systems.
- Prepare investigative summaries, reports, and supporting documentation for Corporate Investigations, Legal Affairs, Privacy, Compliance, Human Resources, and business stakeholders.
- Manage assigned caseload and ensure timely progression of investigations and related follow-up actions.
- Coordinate with investigators, attorneys, Privacy, Compliance, Human Resources, and business partners to obtain information and resolve investigative matters.
- Support customer privacy investigations and regulatory response activities as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information in accordance with company policies and investigative standards.
- Participate in case reviews, team discussions, and other investigative activities as assigned.
- 1-3 years of experience in Corporate Investigations, Compliance, Human Resources Investigations, Fraud Investigations, Risk Management, Customer Privacy, Legal Support, Law Enforcement, or a related investigative field.
- Experience conducting research, fact-finding, case documentation, and investigative analysis.
- Experience handling sensitive or confidential information.
- Familiarity with case management systems and investigative documentation practices.
- Some college preferred

- Experience supporting compliance, privacy, employment, or policy-related investigations preferred.
