Desired Qualifications & Experience:

• Active RN license in good standing
• At least one year of recent experience in Stepdown or Progressive Care Unit (PCU)
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Excellent critical thinking and communication skills
• Familiarity with electronic medical records and evidence-based care

Responsibilities:

• Provide compassionate and skilled nursing care to patients transitioning from critical to stable conditions in the Stepdown/PCU setting
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary care teams to manage and monitor patient progress
• Administer medications, interpret labs, monitor vital signs, and document care accurately
