Location: Denver Metro Area, CO
Pay: $28.00/hr.
Contract Length: 5 Months
Shift Available: Nights (6:00 PM - 6:00 AM)
Job OverviewWe are seeking Production Technicians to support a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility that processes rare earth materials used in the production of magnets. This role is critical to ensuring the safe and efficient processing of materials received from mining operations.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a manufacturing environment, monitoring production equipment, documenting process data, and troubleshooting basic mechanical issues. This is a great opportunity to gain experience in an advanced industrial facility supporting a growing industry.
Responsibilities- Receive and transfer raw materials into production equipment
- Load machines with product and monitor manufacturing processes
- Track and document gauges, temperatures, chemical levels, and production data
- Perform routine inspections of equipment and processes
- Troubleshoot basic mechanical issues and communicate maintenance needs
- Utilize Microsoft Office applications for documentation and reporting
- Follow all safety, quality, and operational procedures
- Assist with material handling and occasional heavy lifting
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Degree in Environmental Science or Geology
- Previous manufacturing, production, operations, or industrial experience preferred
- Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Experience using Microsoft Office for documentation and reporting
- Ability to work on your feet for 12-hour shifts
- Ability to lift materials as needed throughout the shift
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Reliable transportation and attendance

- Production floor setting with automated machinery
- Standing and walking throughout the entire shift
- No seated workstations
This position follows a rotating 3-on/4-off schedule:
- 36 hours one week
- 48 hours the following week
- Consistent 12-hour shifts
- Night Shift: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM
- Wednesday- Saturday
