Desired Experience & Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or related field
  • Current SLP-CCC credential required
  • ASHA certification preferred
  • Experience in school-based settings (elementary level a plus)
  • Comfort with teletherapy platforms a bonus, but in-person availability essential
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide speech-language therapy and intervention for a caseload of approximately 50 elementary students
  • Conduct evaluations, develop IEPs, and maintain timely documentation
  • Serve as a collaborative member of school-based teams across two sites
  • Engage families and teachers in the therapy process to maximize student outcomes
  • Support a positive, inclusive learning environment
