Job Description
✅ Set up welding equipment, adjusting speeds and settings for optimal performance
✅ Read and interpret complex blueprints, drawings, and specifications
✅ Use precision measuring tools and quality instruments to ensure accuracy and compliance
✅ Assemble and weld sheet metal components of varying gauges and thicknesses
✅ Perform MIG welding (primarily horizontal and downhill welds)
✅ Complete minor TIG welding as needed
✅ Fabricate wiring enclosures, boxes, and specialty weldments
✅ Maintain a safe and organized work environment
Required Qualifications:- 2-5 years of welding experience in a fabrication shop, job shop, or manufacturing environment
- Strong blueprint reading and interpretation skills
- Experience with MIG welding and TIG welding
- Ability to measure accurately using tape measures and quality instruments down to 1/64"
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Welding trade school training combined with hands-on experience
- Experience working with structural steel and sheet metal
- Aluminum welding experience is a plus
🕒 3:30 PM - 10:30 PM, Monday-Friday
Unique Schedule Benefit: Employees work a 7-hour shift but are paid for 8 hours, providing additional value and work-life balance.
Overtime opportunities are available when scheduled.
Training PeriodAll new hires will complete training on the day shift for approximately 4-8 weeks, depending on how quickly they learn the machinery, processes, and production requirements.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $58732.00 - $58732.00/yr.
