Job Description

Your expertise will provide valuable assistance during a leave of absence, helping to maintain a positive learning environment and ensure students’ needs continue to be met.
Desired Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid certification or licensure as a school psychologist
- Prior experience delivering school-based psychological services
- Strong assessment, counseling, and consultation skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with students, staff, and families
- Knowledge of special education laws, eligibility procedures, and best practices
- Flexible, organized, and collaborative mindset
- Experience with diverse student populations preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological and educational assessments
- Develop and present clear reports of evaluation results
- Collaborate with IEP teams to develop individualized plans
- Offer crisis intervention, consultation, and support services as needed
- Provide short-term counseling and guidance to students
- Engage with teachers, administrators, and families to address student concerns
- Maintain accurate records and uphold ethical standards at all times
