- Previous experience operating a cherry picker, order selector, or high-reach forklift preferred
- Comfortable working at elevated heights on order selector equipment
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs consistently throughout a shift
- High attention to detail to ensure picking accuracy
- Strong attendance record and reliable transportation to Maryland Heights, MO
