Responsibilities:

• Circulate and scrub for complex cardiovascular surgeries in the operating room
• Collaborate closely with surgical teams to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes
• Monitor patient status and provide interventions as required pre-, intra-, and post-operatively
• Maintain accurate medical records and adhere to facility protocols
• Assist with advanced surgical equipment and support CVOR procedures as needed

Qualifications:

• Current RN license (IL or compact eligible)
• Minimum of 2 years of recent CVOR nursing experience
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and adaptability skills
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-acuity surgical environments
