Job Description
Are you someone who enjoys working with your hands, staying active, and seeing the results of your work every day? We're looking for Skilled Laborers to join our team producing aluminum concrete forms used on major construction projects throughout Texas.
This is a great opportunity for candidates with experience in construction, general labor, manufacturing, concrete work, or production environments who are looking for stable work, overtime opportunities, and room to grow.
💪 What You'll DoAs a Skilled Laborer, you'll play a key role in building and preparing concrete forming systems used on construction projects.
Daily Responsibilities:✅ Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently
✅ Cut, bend, and shape rebar to project specifications
✅ Assemble aluminum forms and concrete molds
✅ Move materials and position forms throughout the facility
✅ Lift and handle materials up to 50 lbs.
✅ Maintain a clean and organized work area
✅ Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements
✅ Support production goals and assist with various shop tasks as needed
✅ What We're Looking ForRequired Experience- Construction, manufacturing, production, or general labor experience
- Comfortable using hand and power tools
- Ability to read measurements and follow instructions
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Safety-focused mindset
- Comfortable working in a physically demanding environment
⭐ Concrete, precast, or form-building experience
⭐ Rebar fabrication or handling experience
⭐ Manufacturing or fabrication experience is a plus
⭐ Experience working with aluminum forms or metal components

🏗️ Work EnvironmentThis position is based in a fast-paced manufacturing facility that operates much like a construction site.
Schedule:
- Start times: 5:00 AM or 6:00 AM
- Monday-Friday
- Typically 8-10 hour shifts
- Regular Saturday half-days available
PPE Provided:
- Hard Hat
- Safety Glasses
- High-Visibility Vest
- Metatarsal Guards
Employee Provides:
- Steel-Toe Boots

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
