Accounts Payable Specialist

We're looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join our accounting team. If you thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and have strong AP and purchasing experience, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do:

• Process high-volume vendor invoices and payments
• Match invoices to purchase orders
• Set up new vendors
• Assist with month-end close and reporting
• Support the Controller and Accounting team

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years of Accounts Payable experience
• Purchasing experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Dependable and able to meet deadlines
• Accounting degree or equivalent experience
