CNC Machinist

Overview

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced CNC Machinist for projects located in or around Harahan, LA. This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is $27-$39/hour based on experience and skill level.  If you are a Machinist and want to work alongside other proven craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity and superior craftsmanship, this is your chance to advance your career! 

Job Scope:

• Set up and operate CNC horizontal and vertical lathes to machine precision components
• Perform machine setups and adjust tooling and offsets
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments
• Machine components made from plastics, aluminum, stainless steel, brass, and other metals
• Maintain strict dimensional tolerances and quality standards
