Little Masters Development Center LLC is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our growing Early Intervention team.
This role involves providing home-based occupational therapy services to children ages 0–3 at our center in Flushing, Queens. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping young children build the foundational skills needed for everyday activities while partnering with families in their natural environments.
This position will be in-person at our Flushing center located at: 34-51 Leavitt St. Flushing, NY 11354

This role involves providing home-based occupational therapy services to children ages 0–3 at our center in Flushing, Queens. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping young children build the foundational skills needed for everyday activities while partnering with families in their natural environments.

Responsibilities:
- Provide occupational therapy services to children enrolled in the Early Intervention Program in their homes and community settings
- Conduct individualized evaluations and therapy sessions based on each child's developmental needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals
- Collaborate with families, service coordinators, and other members of the child's multidisciplinary team
- Educate and coach caregivers on strategies to support developmental progress during daily routines
- Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and required Early Intervention paperwork
- Support the development of fine motor, gross motor, sensory processing, self-help, play, and adaptive skills
- Current New York State Occupational Therapist (OT) license required
- Experience working with the pediatric population preferred
- Early Intervention experience is a plus
- Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team
- Bilingual providers are encouraged to apply
