Accounts Payable Specialist

In aAccounts Payable Specialistrole youll be responsible for:
Basic accounting, journal entries, and general ledgers

• Customer billing
• Reconcilinginvoices with receiving documents and/or verify approval of invoices prior to entering
• Data entry, filing, scanning
• Maintain various Excel worksheets
• Research and resolve discrepancies and issues

What youll need:

• Accounting experience handling journal entries, general ledgers are preferred
• Data entry, filing, scanning experience
• Ability to multitask
• Handling invoices
• Experience using Excel
• Global Shop or ERP for Manufacturing system is a plus

Monday-Thursday
7:00 am- 5:30 pm
This position is 100% on site.
