About who needs care: Grandmother has 2 compression fractures in her spine and showing signs of cognitive decline. She has very limited mobility and requires assistance for all daily activities. About the care needs: Grandmother can be a bit spicy sometimes and benefits from people who talk to her plainly and not skirt around an issue.
