Childcare Needed

Im looking for a babysitter for occasional nights out or day trips. My oldest is very shy and takes a while to warm up to people typically so Id like to find someone I can consistently rely on to help them with the transition. Both kids are still in diapers but were slowly making progress on potty training the older one. We also have two dogs (chihuahuas) and two cats so someone who is comfortable around animals is a must.
