Childcare Needed - Full-time / Part-time

Looking for a part time nanny for our four kids. Ages are 4, 2 & twin infants born this fall. Job would be starting in January. Hours would be about 12:00-5:00 Monday-Thursday. Comfortable with dogs and smoke free. Help in keeping house picked up from daily messes, making lunch if needed for yourself and kids. We live near a park and have a fenced yard area to help with kids and dogs. I would be working remote but am in and out as I do have appointments. I could assist as needed potentially. We are looking for someone with calm demeanor yet firm when needed. We do give breaks and time outs. We try to limit screen time. We are laid back so right person just feel free to ask if unsure.
