Nanny Needed For My Children

We are looking for a great babysitter for 3 children in Bolivia. We would prefer a babysitter who does not smoke. Pay is negotiable with in reason especially for the right person. My scheduled is knows well in advance and has some wiggle room. The Saturday and Sunday is only part of the day like either morning/afternoon or afternoon/evening not all day. Friday nights are only twice a month.
