What You'll Do:
- Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience.
- Manage guest reservations, room assignments, and account information with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Process payments, balance transactions, and maintain secure financial records.
- Issue and manage room keys while protecting guest privacy and adhering to security protocols.
- Respond to guest inquiries via phone, email, and in person, providing prompt and helpful assistance.
- Share information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance each guest's stay.
- Resolve guest concerns and service issues with professionalism, empathy, and a solutions-focused approach.
- Promote hotel amenities, special packages, and loyalty programs when appropriate.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are guest-ready and requests are fulfilled promptly.
- Support hotel safety, security, and operational standards.
- Assist with additional operational tasks as needed, including light laundry duties.

- Comfortable using technology; experience with hotel property management systems (PMS) or point-of-sale systems is a plus.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; previous hospitality, hotel, or customer service experience preferred.
