WE PASSIONATELY SUPPORT EACH PERSON IN LIVING A MEANINGFUL AND SATISFYING LIFE! QIDP:  Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professional at Clinton Manor Living Center in New BadenShift: Mainly M-F 8 am-4 pm or 9am-5pm includes one day a week 11am-7 pm shift. Flexibility needed to be able to cover DSP shifts as needed including rotation of on call responsibilities.Hourly wage $29-$33 an hour based on experience. Stipend for on call responsibility.  Clinton Manor Living Center is home to about 51 individuals with developmental disabilities that have high medical needs. We believe in promoting independence and advocating for individuals to live with integrity, dignity and freedom of choice; therefore, enhancing their quality of life and ensuring the individual's rights are upheld.  The QIDP's primary purpose is to ensure that the individuals for whom you support are provided Person Centered Planning and Care including providing the individualized services needed to empower them to make choices of services desired, to enhance community inclusion while encourage individuals to live as they choose with integrity, dignity and quality of life.
