CMM Programmer | Join Our Quality Team Are you passionate about precision measurement, advanced manufacturing technology, and continuous improvement? We are seeking a skilled CMM Programmer to join our growing Quality team. In this role, you will work with state-of-the-art Zeiss Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) to ensure our products meet the highest quality standards and customer specifications.This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys solving technical challenges, working with engineering drawings, and playing a key role in delivering world-class products to customers What You'll DoDevelop and optimize Zeiss CMM programs for production and inspection activities.Interpret customer drawings, blueprints, specifications, and GD&T requirements.Validate first article inspections and production parts to ensure dimensional accuracy.Troubleshoot and improve measurement processes to support quality and manufacturing teams.Perform preventive maintenance and coordinate repairs when necessary.Communicate inspection results, quality concerns, and program changes across departments and shifts.Support on-time delivery goals by effectively scheduling CMM activities.Maintain quality records, production documentation, and compliance with quality management systems.Review and verify shop-floor drawings created from customer specifications.Continuously improve processes and contribute ideas that enhance efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction. What You Bring to the Team Education & KnowledgeHigh School Diploma or GED.Minimum of 1 year of CMM programming or operation experience.Experience reading and interpreting engineering drawings and GD&T.Knowledge of precision measuring equipment, including Calipers, Micrometers and Comparators Basic computer proficiency and ability to maintain digital records.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Skills & Abilities Experience with Zeiss CMM systems.Manufacturing or aerospace machining experience.Familiarity with quality management systems and documentation control.Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.Able to make sound decisions and solve technical problemsPassionate about precision and manufacturing excellenceComfortable working independently and as part of a teamCommitted to quality and continuous improvementDetail-oriented and highly organized Physical RequirementsAbility to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
