BrightStar Care is the fastest growing Home Care agency in the Triangle. We are adding a new location serving Durham-Chapel Hill and looking for a Branch Manager to grow the business.The Branch Manager oversees operational excellence and growth for the assigned BrightStar Care territory. In this role, you will initially focus on growing the business through outbound sales and marketing activities and building an operational team around you as financial milestones are met.We are searching for that special person who has a history of winning leadership roles within school, sports, or business and demonstrating high business acuity. The ideal candidate is a loyal, honest, goal driven, determined, persuasive and dynamic person who others look up to. This is not an 8-5 job. Branch Manager's are available 24/7 to answer existing and future client questions.This is an entry level role that will grow into a Director of Operations position overseeing a multi-unit business with 200 employees for the right person.
