We offer a business-casual environment and strive to demonstrate our core values: CARE, GROW, SHARE, SHOW in everything we do!In this entry level role with Eklego, the Talent Acquisition Specialist supports the Recruitment Team in the process of providing our clients with the best choice of hires to build & sustain their mission-minded workforce.What you will do as a Talent Acquisition Specialist:Provide an outstanding candidate experience at every touch point throughout the recruitment processUnderstand each clients' unique process, staffing and recruitment needsComplete phone screens, schedule interviews, confirm interviews, and conduct references and/or employment verificationsAssess applicants' relevant skill, will and culture fit for our partner organizationsMaintain data integrity in all programs, including Applicant Tracking System(s)Prioritize customer experience, including internal customers, clients, and candidates, while maintaining a high sense of urgency to accomplish goals and metricsDemonstrate our guiding principles while performing all assigned responsibilitiesWhat you will need to qualify as a Talent Acquisition Specialist:High School Diploma or GEDAssociate or bachelor's degree; or currently pursuing Secondary educationMinimum 1-year of high-volume customer service experienceProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Outlook) & able to learn new software as neededEffective & polished interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skillsAttention to detail while working in a fast-paced environmentDesire to contribute collaboratively with our teamFlexibility to adapt to shifting demands and prioritiesEOE
