Presidential Home Care LLC is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our growing team in Canton, GA. Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Administer medications, treatments, and skilled nursing interventions in a home care setting
• Monitor and document patient progress, vital signs, and changes in condition
• Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare team members
• Educate patients and family members on disease management, medications, and home safety
• Perform wound care, IV therapy, catheter care, and other skilled nursing procedures
• Ensure accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards

Requirements:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Georgia
• Minimum 1-2 years of clinical nursing experience; home health experience preferred
• Current CPR/BLS certification required
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for home visits
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication, time management, and organizational abilities
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach with a commitment to quality care
