Activities Assistant

Lacon Rehab & Nursing is seeking a full-time Activities Assistant to help enrich the lives of residents through engaging recreational and social programs.The Activities Assistant works closely with the Activities Director to provide meaningful experiences that encourage participation, socialization, and overall resident well-being.ResponsibilitiesAssist with planning and conducting daily activitiesEncourage resident participation in group and individual programsHelp transport residents to and from activities as neededSet up and clean up activity areasMaintain attendance and participation recordsSupport holiday events, celebrations, and special programsWork cooperatively with nursing and other departmentsQualificationsExperience working with seniors or in healthcare preferredFriendly, outgoing, and dependableAbility to work effectively as part of a teamStrong communication and interpersonal skillsCompensation & Benefits$15-$16 per hourFull-time positionMedical, dental, vision, and additional benefits availableJoin our team and help create a positive, engaging environment for our residents every day.
