Our growth creates opportunity for advancement, leadership visibility, and long-term career development while maintaining the supportive, close-knit environment that sets us apart.If you're ready to grow your career while supporting important national missions, we'd love to connect with you.What You'll DoSupport mission-critical programs in secure government environmentsAnalyze requirements and translate them into actionable solutionsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality resultsEnsure compliance with contract and security standardsContribute ideas to improve processes, efficiency, and performanceWork directly with signals analysis, preferably related to communications signals (e.g., bitstream analysis, waveform analysis, protocol analysis), network troubleshooting, network traffic characterization, and/or network security analysis.What You BringActive TS/SCI with Polygraph Experience supporting government or DoD programsAbility to work independently and within a collaborative team environmentStrong written and verbal communication skillsRelevant experience must be in a signals analysis, waveform analysis, network troubleshooting, network traffic characterizations, and/or network security analysisDoctoral Degree with 4 years of relevant experience.Master's Degree with 6 years of relevant experience.Bachelor's Degree with 8 years of relevant experience.Associates degree with 10 years of relevant experience.HS diploma or GED with 12 years of experience will be considered for those who have completed one of the following military training courses: 451 (Intermediate Signals Analysis) or 452 (Advanced Signals Analysis) or who have participated in or graduated from the Military COMINT Signals Analysis Program (MCSAP).Bachelor's Degree must be in Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, a Physical Science, or related technical field.Preferred QualificationsRelevant certifications (Security+, CISSP, PMP, AWS, etc.)Agile, cloud, or modernization experienceBackground in process improvement or analytical servicesCompensation & BenefitsThe projected salary range for this position is $164,900-$183,200, dependent upon experience, qualifications, and contract requirements.At Weeghman & Briggs, we believe our people are our greatest strength.
