South Plains Rural Health Services (SPRHS) is seeking compassionate and mission-driven Staff Physician to join our team at Howard County Community Health Center in Levelland, TX.What you'll do:Provide high-quality outpatient care aligned with your specialtyDevelop patient-centered care plans, including exams, diagnosis, and follow-upOrder and interpret diagnostic test in a cost-effective mannerCoordinate referrals and ensure continuity of careParticipate in quality improvement efforts and staff meetingsSupport public health efforts and patient educationMaintain eligibility to serve on local hospital medical staffSupervise NPsWhat you'll bring:MD Or DO from accredited medical schoolTexas Medical License (or ability to obtain)Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family PracticeCurrent BLS certificationCommitment to health equity and community careAbility to work well in a team-based, multidisciplinary settingEligible to supervise mid-level providers and serve on staff.As part of South Plains Rural Health Services, Inc.'s commitment to patient and staff safety, all employees are required to comply with the annual influenza vaccination policy.
