Member Services Associate

The Goochland Family YMCA is currently seeking a part-time, personable Member Service Associate who enjoys working in a fast paced environment to provide quality service to members and prospective members. The pay range for this position is $13-$14 per hour.DUTIES of a Member Services AssociateResponsibilities include answering phones, greeting members, processing memberships and completing program registrations.QUALIFICATIONS of a Member Services AssociateApplicants should have excellent customer service skills, strong computer skills, the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, a high school diploma or GED and be 18 years old or older.The YMCA of Greater Richmond stands committed to creating a work environment comprised of individuals from diverse socio-economic, racial, ethnic, religious, and national origins.
