The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, dependable, self-motivated and highly organized. The applicant must have reliable transportation, the ability to pass a background check, and have experience managing a team. Responsibilities•\tElectrical work•\tPlumbing•\tMechanical (heating and cooling)•\tGrounds and general maintenance•\tMulching and maintaining flower beds•\tLeaf removal•\tMust know how to operate and maintain lawn equipment (leaf blowers, mowers, weed whacker)•\tMowing, weeding, edging and trimming•\tResponding to emergency requests•\tPerform repair of buildings and equipment•\tAssist with the renovation/remodeling of trailers•\tMaintain record of scheduled services•\tOn call for emergency situations•\tVarious others as deemed necessaryRequirements and skills•\tProven experience (>3yrs) as a supervisor leading others in a fast pace environment•\tKnowledge of office management systems and procedures•\tWorking knowledge of office equipment•\tProficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)•\tExcellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work•\tAttention to detail and problem-solving skills•\tExcellent written and verbal communication skills•\tStrong organizational skills with the ability to multi-taskEducation & Experience:High School degreeJob Type: Full-time $25.00 - $35.00 Hourly
