Petrochem is headquartered in Tempe, AZ. and is a wholly owned operating company of ASRC Industrial (AIS).Job Summary:This is a temporary position approximately 6-8 months on the job site in Bay Minette, AL, from Monday to Saturday 7:00AM to 5:30PMThe Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support and coordination for projects reporting to the Payroll / Administrator. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of construction and industrial services projects. The Administrative Coordinator will perform administrative tasks and procedures and adhere to Petrochem Insulation safety standards and protocols.Duties will include but are not limited to: Time Keeping Data EntryFiling and organizing Daily support with record keepingPayroll support Requirements and Education:High school diploma or equivalent. At least 1 years of experience in an administrative support role.
