This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.Key ResponsibilitiesField Operations & ReportingConduct site visits and complete Security Officer Inspection ReportsTrain new officers and complete Training ChecklistsDeliver uniforms and document via Uniform Delivery ReportsPerform daily vehicle inspections and document fleet conditionsIssue Disciplinary Reports when necessary (uniform violations, attendance issues, etc.)Ensure all reports are completed accurately using TrackTikDispatch & Scheduling DutiesMonitor attendance and ensure all officers are clocked in/out properlyTroubleshoot TrackTik issues and assist officers as neededIdentify and fill open shifts within a 48-hour windowRespond to call-outs and coordinate immediate coverageMaintain accurate scheduling records and trackersEmergency Response & CoverageRespond to and report dark posts immediatelyProvide temporary coverage when needed and document billable hoursCommunicate all emergencies to management in real-timeShift TransitionsConduct shift change procedures, including equipment and vehicle handoffComplete Shift Change ReportsEnsure all company equipment is accounted forWhat We're Looking ForPrior security, supervisory, or operations experience preferredStrong communication and leadership skillsAbility to multitask and make quick decisions under pressureComfortable using technology (TrackTik, scheduling systems, mobile apps)Valid driver's license and ability to travel between sitesReliable, professional, and detail-orientedWhat to ExpectRotating schedule (4–5 days per week)Mix of 40–46 hour work weeks depending on operational needsWork includes nights, weekends, and holidaysOccasional extended hours due to emergencies or client needsWork Location: In person
