Piatti Mill Valley is looking for an experienced, polished Bartender who takes pride in executing a great beverage program - consistently, shift after shift. We take our beverage offerings seriously, and we expect our bartenders to as well.THE ROLEAs a Full-Time Bartender at Piatti Mill Valley, you will be a cornerstone of the guest experience - behind the bar and on the floor. You will work within our established beverage program, upholding the standards and specifications that define the Piatti bar. Key responsibilities include:Preparing and serving cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages precisely to recipe and specificationProviding warm, knowledgeable, and attentive service to bar and dining guestsMaintaining an organized, clean, and well-stocked bar throughout every shiftAccurately using the POS system for all orders and paymentsOpening and closing the bar according to established procedures and checklistsAssisting and directing Bar Backs and Cocktail Servers to ensure smooth, efficient serviceApplying responsible alcohol service standards and identifying and responding to intoxication or underage service situationsContributing to weekly and monthly inventory processesWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FORWe are hiring for character and professionalism as much as skill.
