This opportunity is open to licensed Occupational Therapists (OT) or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTA) with leadership experience who are ready to oversee a dynamic rehab department.About the Role:As DOR, you will be responsible for managing all therapy operations while supporting a team focused on delivering effective, resident-centered care.
