Dogwood Canyon Nature Park | Full-Time

Do you enjoy working outdoors, staying active, and taking pride in keeping beautiful spaces looking their best? Dogwood Canyon Nature Park is looking for a Groundskeeper to help maintain the safety, beauty, and guest experience of one of the region's premier nature destinations.

In this hands-on role, you'll help care for trails, landscapes, waterways, roads, lawns, and recreational areas throughout the park. Every day is different, and your work will directly impact thousands of visitors who come to experience the natural beauty of Dogwood Canyon.

What You'll Do

• Mow, trim, edge, and maintain lawns and landscaped areas
• Plant, prune, weed, mulch, and care for trees and plants
• Maintain trails, roads, walkways, bridges, and parking areas
• Remove debris from water crossings, dams, and natural areas
• Operate landscaping and grounds maintenance equipment
• Assist with snow and ice removal when needed
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for guests

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED
• 6 months of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Experience operating lawn and landscaping equipment preferred
