You'll Be Responsible ForExecutive Support
  • Managing the CEO's constantly changing calendar and priorities.
  • Coordinating meetings, travel, and business logistics.
  • Managing email communications and follow-up.
  • Preparing presentations, reports, and business documents.
  • Conducting research and supporting strategic initiatives.
Operations & Process Improvement
  • Creating systems, SOPs, and workflows that bring structure to new ideas.
  • Turning the CEO's vision into organized, actionable processes.
  • Improving efficiency across departments.
  • Tracking projects and ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Maintaining accurate records and performing detailed data entry.
Marketing Support
  • Assisting with social media scheduling and content coordination.
  • Supporting marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives.
  • Helping organize marketing assets and brand materials.
  • Collaborating with internal team members and outside vendors.
Personal Assistant Responsibilities (Approximately 30%)
  • Personal scheduling and appointments.
  • Business and personal travel coordination.
  • Vendor communication.
  • Reservations and errands.
  • Confidential personal matters.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years supporting executives, operations, or project management OR you're a recent college graduate with exceptional organizational skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience creating processes and improving workflows.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry skills.
  • Marketing experience or a creative mindset is a plus.
  • Experience with CRMs, project management software, or AI tools is a plus.
  • Real estate experience is helpful but not required.
