Silver Star Construction is actively hiring skilled concrete professionals and hardworking laborers for full-time employment. We are seeking individuals who understand the importance of precision, safety, and teamwork on road construction projects.
Daily Duties May Include:

Silver Star Construction is actively hiring skilled concrete professionals and hardworking laborers for full-time employment. We are seeking individuals who understand the importance of precision, safety, and teamwork on road construction projects.
Daily Duties May Include:
- Form setup and grade preparation.
- Concrete placement, screeding, leveling, and finishing.
- Sidewalk, curb, and gutter construction.
- Joint sealing and surface protection.
- Operation of concrete saws and paving machinery.
- Installation of anchors, plates, and embedded components.
- Surface restoration, waterproofing, and patch work.
- Directing concrete deliveries and assisting with pours.
Required Skills & Abilities:
- Knowledge of concrete placement and finishing techniques.
- Ability to interpret construction plans and measurements.
- Experience with construction equipment and hand tools.
- Strong attention to quality and workmanship.
- Ability to perform strenuous physical labor.
- Comfortable working outdoors year-round.
