Reports to:Player Development ManagerJob Summary:Develop and maintain superior relationships with guests by equal utilization of professionalismand personality. Seeks new and targeted players to inform them of the benefits of all playerdevelopment programs.Essential Functions:1) Ensure compliance with the applicable Tribal, Federal and other laws and gaming regulationsand Kickapoo Lucky Eagle policies and procedures.2) Ensure the highest possible standards of guest services by properly listening and respondingto guest and team member concerns and questions.3) Track and monitor feedback and participation on an on-going basis to determine programeffectiveness.4) Maintain high levels of guest service, confidentiality, and discretion in all communication toand about guests.5) Prepare, coordinate, host/administer all complimentary and guests' events.6) Actively develop and maintain guest loyalty and incremental visitation through personalcontact such as on-property hosting, off-property entertaining, telemarketing, email and textusing available services and promotional opportunities.7) Market to predetermined active and inactive guests by phone, mail and in person to furtherdevelop brand loyalty and visitation to the casino.8) Maintain familiarity with all current and upcoming special events, promotions, entertainmentand all casino facilities.9) Walk through the casino to identify registered and prospective guests.10) Develop, maintain and analyze database for opportunities and productivity.11) Attend guest events, interact with invited guests and provide guest service in a professionaland courteous manner.12) Coordinate daily with the casino hotel regarding the host room block and overall hoteloccupancy.13) Maintain professional business appearance and attire at all times.14) Demonstrate and promote KLECH core values and EGET skills.15) Manage and maintain security of confidential information entrusted to position.16) Attend and satisfactorily complete all required training as assigned.17) Monitor compliance with Federal currency transaction reporting requirements, Title 31requirements and IRS Currency Transaction Reports and property established Anti-MoneyLaundering policies. Maintain accurate MTL, MIL, CTR and SAR as needed.18) The essential functions listed above are not an all-inclusive list but rather a generalrepresentation of the duties and responsibilities pertinent to this position. The duties andresponsibilities will be subject to change based on organizational needs and/or deemednecessary by the Director.19) Perform other duties as assigned by the Marketing Manager and/or DirectorMinimum Requirements to Qualifications:1) High School Diploma or GED required; a college degree can substitute for work experience.2) Two (2) years in high level administrative role.3) Two (2) years of guest service required.4) Sales experience preferred.5) Strong communication skills in English both written and oral. Spanish or other languageskills a plus.Other Criteria:Qualified Kickapoo Traditional Tribe of Texas Members and qualified Native Americanpreference is observed.Skills and Abilities:1) Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.2) Ability to maintain effective relationships with the General Manager, Directors, Managers,vendors, guests and all staff.3) Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.4) Ability to meet multiple deadlines and multi-task.5) Ability to have strong critical thinking, analytical and guest service skills.6) Must possess a positive attitude with strong organizational and leadership qualities.7) Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure.8) Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw conclusions.9) Ability to understand complex instructions and material.10) Ability to establish and maintain professional relationships with individuals of varying socialand cultural backgrounds and with co-workers of all levels.11) Ability to work effectively with individuals and demonstrate leadership and team buildingskills with empathy and enthusiasm.12) Ability to maintain confidentiality.13) Ability to follow and comply with established Casino guest service programs.Physical Demands:1) While performing the duties of this position, the team member is regularly required to stand,sit, walk, push, pull, bend for extended periods; reach with hands and arms; talk and listen ona regular basis. member must be able to concentrate for prolonged periods.3) Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheralvision and depth perception.4) The team member must be able to communicate effectively in person or usingtelecommunications equipment.5) The team member must have the hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity to operate akeyboard, touch-screen display, telephone and calculator.6) Occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 lbs.Work Environment:1) Casino floor and normal office setting.2) Frequent walking and standing environment and frequent contact with the general public.3) Temperature controlled environment with varying noise levels. May be exposed to highlevels of noise throughout the day.4) Extended hours and irregular shifts may be required including nights, weekends andholidays.5) Must be able to perform under pressure and work long hours in demanding conditions.6) May be exposed to the risks associated in attempting to resolve issues with difficult guestsand team members.7) May be exposed to various types of lighting including, but not limited to: artificialfluorescent lights, flashing lights, strobe lights, multiple colored lights, etc.8) Travel may be required to perform one or more essential functions of this position.Conditions of Employment:1) Must be able to obtain and retain a KTTT Gaming Commission License, including successfulcompletion of background check necessary to obtain and maintain license. Responsible tokeep all documents current and valid at all times.2) Must be able to provide authorization to work in the United States.3) Must be at least 18 years of age.4) Must have access to reliable transportation to commute to and from work.5) Must comply with KLEC handbook, internal policy and procedures, and gaming regulationsset within KLEC.
