Position: Asleep Overnight/Direct CareReports to: Residential Program ManagerHours: Full-time/30 hrs. Thursday-Saturday 11pm-9amLocation: Sherwood Ave Residential Services  Triangle's Expectations of EmployeeAdheres to Triangle policy and procedures Fosters a positive, solution-oriented culture consistent with Triangle's missionPromotes employment, self-advocacy, and independence across programs and participantsActs as a role model within and outside of Triangle Maintains a positive and respectful attitude towards participants, staff, and community partnersCommunicates regularly with supervisor Demonstrates flexible and efficient time management and ability to prioritize workloadConsistently reports to work on time prepared to perform duties of position, with a willingness to flex hours as neededEssential Duties and Responsibilities:Provide direct care coverage, responding to individual issues, between 11:00p.m. and 9:00a.m. on scheduled nights/mornings and as required by Program Manager.Responsible for calling or coming in shortly before 11:00p.m. for an update of program status.Know emergency procedures and basic emergency facts regarding all individual living at the location where coverage is provided.If Med Certified, dispense medications as prescribed.Additional duties as assigned by Program Manager as needed QualificationsHigh school diploma or general education degree (GED)1 year of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.CPR/First Aid CertificateValid MA license, availability of vehicleLanguage Skills Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from regulatory agencies, or family members.
