Warehouse Associate - Part-time

INTERMOUNTAIN FARMERS ASSOCIATION, a regional agricultural cooperative, is seeking qualified and experienced individuals to fill the position of Warehouse Associate (Part-time) at the IFA Country Store in Cortez, Colorado SUMMARY: We are looking for additional warehouse help. The main responsibilities of this position will including maintaining a clean and organized warehouse, providing prompt and safe service to IFA customers when loading products into customer's vehicles and assisting in loading yard orders. RESPONSIBILITIES:Read and verify accuracy of customer's loading ticket before loading any productBe respectful of customers' vehicles and personal property while loading productsOperate a forklift in warehouse and yard areas according to IFA safety policiesPlace warehouse inventory in correct storage areasMaintain warehouse and yard areas in a clean and orderly state at all timesAssist customers with loading products into their vehiclesKeep aisles clear of garbage and productsPerform other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS: High School diploma, GED, or equivalent required. Forklift certification with a safe driving record a plus. Must be detail oriented and self-motivated. Warehouse, shipping and receiving experience highly desired. Familiarity with computer systems and programs including Microsoft Word and Excel. Interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written and oral form. Able to lift 50 lbs. frequently throughout shift and 100 lbs. occasionally. Pay Rate: $15.16 an hour Benefits include: Employee Discount  IFA is an Equal Opportunity Employer
