Video Multi Point Inspection Presenter

Nucar Automall of Allentown is searching for a Video multi point inspection presenter. We're looking for an energetic, camera-confident individual to become the face of our vehicle inspection process. This position combines customer communication with modern technology to create professional, easy-to-understand vehicle inspection videos.Primary Job Functions:As our Video Multi-Point Inspection Presenter, you'll record short (1–2 minute) videos explaining the condition of customers' vehicles and any recommended maintenance or repairs. You'll follow a proven presentation format and receive training on the automotive information you'll be presenting. If you're comfortable speaking on camera, enjoy helping people, and are eager to learn, we'd love to meet you. Responsibilities:Deliver a professional, friendly, and confident presentation. Explain vehicle maintenance recommendations using a standardized script. Capture clear, high-quality video and audio using modern mobile technology and wireless microphones. Upload completed videos through our digital inspection platform. Work alongside our service team to ensure accurate customer communication. Help customers understand their vehicle's needs in a clear and trustworthy manner.Qualifications include: Being comfortable speaking on camera with excellent communication skills. Friendly, outgoing personality and a professional appearance. Comfortable using mobile technology. Ability to learn and confidently present basic automotive information. Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn. Reliable and able to work in a fast-paced environment. No extensive automotive experience is required. Basic vehicle knowledge is helpful, but we provide training on the automotive concepts, inspection process, and presentation techniques.
