CMM Operator – Join Our Growing Manufacturing TeamWe're looking for a detail driven Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) Operator to support our quality operations and ensure that every part we produce meets the highest standards. In this role, you'll run Zeiss CMM programs, verify product conformance, and help maintain the equipment and records that keep our quality systems running smoothly.If you're passionate about precision, enjoy solving problems, and want to be part of a team that takes pride in producing high quality work this is the job for you.What You'll DoOperate Zeiss Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) to accurately measure production parts against customer specificationsCommunicate measurement results, irregularities, and non‑conformances to machine operators across all shiftsAnalyze CMM reports and perform manual verification when necessaryFollow established setup instructions and CMM programming guidelinesManage your schedule to support on‑time delivery and production needsComplete production and quality logs accurately and on timeMaintain CMM equipment, records, and departmental suppliesSupport the requirements of the QQE Quality Management System, including document and record controlContribute ideas, take ownership of tasks, and help drive continuous improvementPerform additional responsibilities as assignedWhat You BringEducation & KnowledgeHigh School Diploma or GED requiredWorking knowledge of computers (online manuals, record maintenance, basic software)Understanding of instrumentation and controlsMinimum 1 year of hands‑on CMM operating experienceSkills & AbilitiesStrong communication skills-verbal and writtenAbility to read blueprints and use measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, comparators, etc.)Excellent attention to detail and sound judgmentAbility to work effectively as part of a teamPhysical RequirementsAbility to lift and carry up to 50 lbs as needed
