Facilities Cleaner (Part time)

About the RoleAutonomous Solutions, Inc. (ASI) is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Facilities Custodian to support the cleanliness and maintenance of our office and shop spaces. This role reports to the Facilities Manager and requires 20-28 hours per week. The ideal candidate takes pride in keeping a workspace clean, safe, and professional. This position could evolve into a full-time role over the next 12-18 months as our facilities expand.Job DutiesDaily cleaning of restrooms, kitchen, conference rooms, and office spaceDusting, vacuuming, and moppingWeekly deep cleaning (2x/week): carpets, floor mats, chairsOther deep cleaning duties as neededSafely handle mild cleaning chemicalsWork independently while following a cleaning schedule and producing consistent resultsRequirementsMust be over 18 years oldReliable transportation to and from ASI's facilityPrevious cleaning experience a plusStrong attention to detail and ability to work independentlyPhysical ability to regularly stand, walk, bend, stoop, and lift up to 50 lbsPhysical DemandsThis position regularly requires the use of hands, walking, standing, stooping, and bending.
