Home Health Aide Needed - Full-time / Part-time

Help needed for my father in his 80s - seeking full-time hands-on care at varying times of the day. We would prefer someone who can handle light housekeeping, help with bathing (a couple of times/week) and morning care (getting dressed, shaving reminders, help putting on clean clothes, etc.). Additional responsibilities include occasional meal preparation. Caregiver must be a non-smoker and comfortable with pets. For overnight help, I am ok with the caregiver sleeping as long as she is able to awaken whenever my father wakes up (to help go to the bathroom, get back to bed, or maybe eat a small snack, etc.). I offer a bit less hourly wage at for the night shift since sleeping is acceptable.
