Childcare Needed - Full-time / Part-time

My baby is about 3. 5 months old. Im just filling this out because Im curious for options since Im supposed to return to work at the end of the month. My MIL is currently here but when she leaves Ill need help. My baby doesnt have a set routine still bc hes small but we sometimes struggle with maintaining upkeep of the house and cooking with lack of sleep. Im sure by the time I want a nanny hell have a little more structure but having someone to just check him in case he cries while Im in work meetings (feed, diaper, etc), handles dishes/dishwasher, and laundry.
