Babysitter Needed for my Children

Me and my husband work from home and need help caring for our 8-month-old baby. We're juggling the baby, work, cooking, cleaning, etc. so any help is appreciated. Schedule is very flexible and looking for about 1/2 day care 3-5 days out of the week. (~4-5 hours daily; ~20 hours weekly) I have 2 dogs so preferably someone who is comfortable with dogs. One pit and one chihuahua. You won't have to take care of them. I mention them because my pit can be intimidating for people who aren't used to big dogs. She is very protective and takes a while to get used to strangers. Lots of barking is expected :)
