Babysitter Needed

We're looking for part-time, recurring help for our 9-month-old daughter. My husband and I both work full-time, and my parents currently care for her M-F. We'd love someone who can consistently help 2 week days per week for about 4 hours/day (days and times are flexible). Care would be between our home and my parents' home, which are just two blocks apart. When you're at my parents' house, they'll be there too, but your help allows them to run errands and take a break from baby duty. Ideally, we'd also have the option for occasional weekend or date-night help (1-2x/month), but our priority is finding someone reliable for a consistent weekday schedule.
