Babysitter Needed for my Children - Now Hiring

We are in search of a full time nanny for our 3 kids - 6-year-old girl, 4-year-old boy, and 2-year-old boy. Our nanny today works 40 hours a week, 8:30-4:30 M-F, but we do have some flexibility with hours. We live in Dublin, OH. A typical day entails doing dropoff and pickup at school, outings with the youngest, light housework during naptime and after naps / school activities. We have a car that is for primary use by the nanny. Both my husband and I have demanding jobs and I travel for work a couple times a month so we need someone who is fully committed and reliable. We would also like this to be at least a 12+ month commitment.
